Amarnath Yatra 2025: Advance Registrations To Begin On April 14; Check Yatra Dates And How To Register

Amarnath Yatra 2025: The much-awaited Amarnath Yatra is set to commence on July 3 and will continue for 38 days, concluding on August 9. The pre-registration process for devotees will begin on April 14, allowing pilgrims to secure their journey in advance. Registration will be conducted on a first come, first served basis and requires biometric eKYC authentication in real time.

How To Register For Amarnath Yatra 2025

Pilgrims planning to undertake the Amarnath Yatra 2025 must complete the registration process through designated bank branches across the country, as facilitated by the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board (SASB).

To register, pilgrims must provide a Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) issued by an authorized doctor or medical institution. Along with the CHC, a valid Aadhaar Card or any other government-recognised identity card is mandatory. Details regarding authorised hospitals and doctors for issuing health certificates will be available on the SASB website.

Once registered, pilgrims must collect their RFID cards from specified centers in Jammu and Kashmir before beginning their journey. Without an RFID card, entry beyond the control gates at Domel or Chandanwadi will not be permitted.

For the complete list of authorised bank branches, CHC format, and designated medical institutions, pilgrims should refer to the official SASB website to ensure a smooth registration process.

Guidelines For Group Pilgrims And Helicopter Services

Specific guidelines for group travellers will be issued separately. As of now, bookings for helicopter services have not commenced. The Shrine Board has assured that all relevant information, including accommodation facilities at base camps, will be released systematically over time.

Routes For Amrnath Yatra

Pilgrims can undertake the sacred journey via two routes:
