While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through Avaniholidays.in, users have to accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Avaniholidays proprietorship. and its subsidiaries (including Avaniholidays.in) reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.
Terms and Condition For Hotel Booking in Package and Only Hotels
- AvaniHolidays doesn't have any own hotels all hotels are with B2B relationship
- Change in hotel on arrival is not possible. We always provides the same hotel with which package details shared. On arrival due to any reason if you want to change hotel we try to work on it but for change in hotel an additional cost you have to pay according to cancellation policy of your pre booked hotel.
- As per the rules of the hotel, the standard check in time is 12:00 PM & check out time is 12:00 PM Early check in or late checkout is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. However, few hotels follow a 24hrs check in and checkout policy which would be informed to you at the time of the booking
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a "couple" if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. AvaniHolidays will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. AvaniHolidays will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- The primary age of the guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel
- Kids tariff applies only children up to 7 years of age. Children above 7 years are charged as adults. Kids under 5 years sharing a existing bed with their parents in the same room are normally not charged.
- Hotels will, however, levy a meal supplement charge for children and few hotels may charge for the stay as well which is subject to hotel policy. Meal plan definitions - EP-room only, CP -room with breakfast, MAP-room with breakfast, lunch/dinner, AP -room with breakfast, lunch and dinner
- The booking price inclusions are as per the plan stated above. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar,snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out. All other extra / incidental charges are to be settled directly by the customer with the Hotel.
- Helicopter Ticket cancelation, Train Ticket and Flight ticket cancelation completely depends on Govt. Cancelation policy and refund will we according to that.

Terms and Condition For Cab Service Used in Package
- It is expressly made clear to you hereby that the Company does not own any taxis nor does it directly or indirectly employ any drivers for the taxis. Taxis and drivers are all supplied by third parties and the Company disclaims any and all liability in respect of the drivers and the taxis alike.
- Cab will run as per given Itinerary.In case if you want any change in itinerary then contact our travel executive to whom you have booked your package.
- If the Customer leaves any goods in the taxi or has any complaint in respect of the Services or the use of the taxi, the Customer has to inform Company of the same in writing within 3 hours of using the taxi or the Services of Company..
- The Company encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her items. In case of lost/damage items during the journey, Company will try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.
- If traveller extend there journey on the mutual concern of driver and traveller then company is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage on there extended journey.
- If any passenger if misses the train or flight or bus due to any reason like traffic Jam,strike etc, Company will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the cab has not reached due to any reason.
- The Company shall not be liable for any conduct of the drivers of the taxis. However, the Company encourages you to notify it of any complaints that you may have against the driver of any taxi that you may have hired using the Company Services.

Prices on the Website
The price, which we offer on Avaniholidays.in, is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc
Mode of Payments & the Policies
To take the advantage of any travel facility or services through Avaniholidays.in, you have to give some part of your payment in advance. It gives you the confirmation of the booking. The advance amount to pay can be decided by you. The amount may also depend on the kinds of services, you are going to avail. To make the payments online, you can use Visa, Master and American Express Cards. Avaniholidays.in offers a safe transaction process and ensures you that your personal security codes will not be revealed in worst cases also.
For international advance payments, you can use Bank / Wire Transfer and transfer amount into our bank account together with the additional charges levied by the banks. We also accept Bank Drafts, Cheque and cash in exceptional cases.
